Introducing the Freshdesk and WooCommerce integration, an intuitive order management solution for the Freshdesk platform.
The integration utilizes the order management functionalities of WooCommerce and displays it on the Freshdesk platform. More specifically, it allows WooCommerce users to view their order history and associated information directly from the Freshdesk helpdesk platform.
It works by fetching orders placed on your WooCommerce platform, and displaying them directly on the Freshdesk platform.
With each given order, the integration triggers a modal, which displays the following order information:
· Order status
· Order date
· Billing address
· Shipping address
· Product name, quantity, tax amount, the currency used, and the overall total
· Shipping discounts and taxes
The integration helps your customers with their order details directly from the Freshdesk platform. Moreover, if any particular issue arises with an order, the customer can directly access the order database and create a helpdesk ticket for that order.
Visit Freshdesk > Apps > Custom Apps
Navigate or search for the “WooCommerce” integration.
Install the integration
Once installed, go to the Settings tab
On Settings, click on Custom Apps, and you will notice the WooCommerce integration installed.
